Customer Notes are only visible when the Customer Keys are present in memory (for more information, see Understanding Keys).  This is typically when performing a customer-related transaction.

Vehicle Notes are only visible when the vehicle-related Keys are present in memory (for more information regarding Keys, see Understanding Keys).  This is typically when performing a vehicle-related transaction.

Button_RequiredField Vehicle Notes cannot be added if the vehicle is not in the DMV database. Add a note to the customer's record about the vehicle.
