Alerts - All

As part of the 360 degree view of a customer's record, the Alerts Grid on the Customer Console displays helpful information about a customer's record and/or their vehicles. The Customer Service Representative can then inform the customer of items expiring or items that may prevent them from obtaining a product. The Alerts Grid on the console displays the top five alerts. If there are more than five alerts, there's an option to view all alerts for the customer.
