The Authorized Purchaser inquiry is used to view the representatives who are allowed to make purchases for a particular dealership.

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Dealer Inquiries>Authorized Purchaser(DEAUTH) and click it. The Authorized Purchaser inquire screen opens. 3.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter DEAUTH on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Authorized Purchaser inquire screen opens. 3. Continue with the steps below. |
1.Enter the required key information (Location Certificate Number OR Authorized Purchaser Customer Number).
2.Click the Inquire 
button. The Authorized Purchaser information displays.
3.Scroll down to view the information as needed.
4.Click the Close 
button to complete the transaction.
