Cancel Photo Image before DL/SID-Remove

The Cancel Photo Image before DL/SID - Remove transaction is used to cancel a photo that was sent to the camera system from the Customer Console and a Special ID Card was needed to be processed. Cancel the photo image prior to issuing the Special ID Card.
To Process the Cancel Photo Image
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>License/ID>Cancel Photo Image before DL/SID(Remove)(DCICAN) and click it. The Cancel Photo Image before DL/SID transaction form opens with the customer number populated. 3.Continue with the steps below. |

1. Enter DCICAN on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Cancel Photo Image before DL/SID transaction form opens with the customer number populated. 3. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Click the Process 
button to cancel the photo request. The Transaction Details dialog appears with the TRANSACTION PROCESSED message.
3.Click the Close 
button to close the Transaction Details dialog.
4.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
