CDL Test No Show Add

The CDL Test No Show Add is used to record the date and time a customer failed to show up for the CDL skills test that was previously scheduled. The DLQA examiner is responsible for entering this information.

To process a CDL Test No Show Add transaction
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>Testing>CDL Test No Show Add(NOSHOWA) and click it. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 3. |
Command Line |
1. Enter NOSHOWA on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The CDL Test No Show Add transaction form opens. 3. Continue with step 3. |
2.If the customer has multiple No Show Dates, The CDL Test - No Show Selection grid will open. Click the Select 
button to the left of the No Show Date to open the CDL Test No Show Waived transaction form.
3.Enter the required information as indicated by the 
icon and then click the Process 
button. The transaction is processed and theTransaction Details dialog appears.
4.Click the Close 
button to complete the transaction.
