CDL Test - No Show Inquiry

The CDL Test - No Show Inquiry displays recorded information of a customer that did not show up for the CDL Skills testing that was previously scheduled.

 

To inquire on a CDL Test - No Show

 

1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar.

2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Test Information>CDL Test - No Show Inquiry(NOSINQ) and click it.

3.Click the Inquire Button_Inquire button to open the CDL Test - No Show Inquiry form.

4.Continue with step 3.

Command Line

1.  Enter NOSINQ on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key.

2.  The CDL Test - No Show Inquiry form opens.

3.  Continue with step 3.

2.If the customer has multiple No Show Dates, The CDL Test - No Show Selection grid will open. Click the Select Button_Select button to the left of the No Show Date to open the CDL Test No Show Waived transaction form.

3.Review the information as needed.

4.Click the Close Button_Close button to close the transaction.

5.If the CDL Test No Show fee has been waived, the waived information will display. See CDL Test No Show Waived Inquiry screen shot.
