Change Communiplate Hold

The Change Communiplate Hold transaction is used to modify the held plate information.
To process a Change Communiplate Hold
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Registration Transactions>Plates>Change Communiplate Hold(HLDPLT2) and click it. The Hold Communiplate Change inquire form opens with the customer's information populated. 3.Continue with step 2 below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter HLDPLT1 on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Hold Communiplate Change transaction form opens with the plate and customer's information populated. 3. Continue with step 4 below. |
2.Enter the Plate Number and Plate Type. Click the selection globe 
button to select a plate type.
3.Click the Inquire 
button. The Hold Communiplate Change transaction form opens with the plate and customer's information populated.
4.Make the necessary corrections/changes in the open fields.
5.Click the Process 
button. The Transaction Details dialog appears showing the TRANSACTION PROCESSED message.
6.Click the Close 
button to close the Transaction Details dialog.
7.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
