Change Test

The Change Test transaction is used to change or make corrects to previously recorded test results.
Tests can only be changed the same day it is taken.
To process a Change Test transaction
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>Testing>Change Test(CDLTST2) and click it. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 3. |
Command Line |
1. Enter CDLTST2 on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Change Test transaction form opens. 3. Continue with step 3. |
2.If the customer has taken multiple tests, the Test Selection grid will open. Click the Select 
button to the left of the Test Date to open the Change Test transaction form. Click the 
button to see more tests if needed.

3.Enter the changed/correct information for the test and then click the Process 
button. The transaction is processed and theTransaction Details dialog appears.
4.Click the Close 
button to complete the transaction.
