Citation Customer Location Inquiry

The Citation Customer Location Inquiry is used to view and select one of multiple addresses (or locations) attached to a customer's account before processing the Overweight Citation Establishment (CTECIT).
To process a Citation Customer Location Inquiry
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Motor Carrier>Citation>Citation Customer Location Inquiry(CTILOC1) and click it. 3.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter CTILOC1 on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Enter the Customer Number on the Citation Customer Location Inquire screen and click the Inquire 
button.
3.mySelect will display a list of the customer's locations. Use the scroll bar on the right of the screen to view additional locations.
4.Click the Close 
button to close the transaction.
