The Citation Tracking Customer Establishment transaction is used to established a customer in the citation tracking system.

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Motor Carrier>Citation>Citation Tracking Customer Establishment(CTECUS) and click it. |

Search by Customer Number and Name
1. Enter one of the following from the MCS-1 or MCS-3 form in the Customer Number field. •IFTA License Number •MC Number •US DOT Number •Driver's License Number 2. Enter the full or partial name of the company or the name of the person cited (Last,First,M) in the Search by Name field. If not found, the NO RECORD FOUND message will display. Once the Citation Tracking Customer Establishment transaction form opens, fill in the required information using the MCS-1 or MCS-3 form. Click on the drop down box next to some of the fields to open a selection list.
The USPS Address Verification icon is used to verify any address in the US. After providing the required information explaining the need for the change to the address and receiving approval, you may change the address by using the United States Postal Service (USPS) look up for the new address. Use the Manual Address option to enter an address. Out of Country addressing are entered with this option. After providing the required information explaining the need for the change to the address and receiving approval, you may change the address by manually entering the new address. To manually enter the address, click the 1.The address, city, state and zip code lines open and allows you to enter the address information. 2.Click on the drop down box 3.Use the Selection Globe
If entering and out of country address, enter the street address, city and country.
