The Customer Transcript transaction is used to process customer requests for driving records.
To print the Customer Transcript
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Transcript Transactions>Customer(CMTRAN) and click it. The Customer Transcript inquire form opens with the requesting customer's information populated. 3.Continue with the steps below. |

1. Enter CMTRAN on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Customer Transcript inquire form opens. 3. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Enter the Customer Number or Name and Name Type of the customer to be printed, then press Enter.
3.The Customer Transcript transaction appears.
4.Scroll down to the Transcript Request Information section and in the Request Reason Code field, enter the request reason. If you do not know the code,
a.To the right of the Request Reason Code field, click the icon.
b.Click the Select button to the left of the name of the Transcript Request Reason. The Reason Code and Request Reasons are populated on the transaction form.
5. | If Oral Request, Validation is requested, or certification is requested, click the associated check boxes. |
6. | Click the Process ![]() |
7. | Enter payment information. |
8. | Click the Process ![]() |
9. | Click the Close ![]() |
10. | Click the Close ![]() |
