Compliance Summary Reports are useful to provide a customer with an overview of driver-related compliance issues, which must be resolved prior to licensing.

To View/Print a Compliance Summary Report

1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console.

If there is an effective order on the customer's account, you will see it listed in the Alerts section of the Customer Console as COMSUM2.  Clicking the button will launch Compliance Summary Report.

2.In the Direct field, enter COMSUM2, then press the Enter key. The Compliance Summary Report transaction form appears.

3.Scroll to view all information, or click the Process button to print the report.
