Delete Non-Credentialed Customer Indicator

The Delete Non-Compliance Customer Indicator is used to delete the Out of State/Non Credential Customer Indicator from the customer's record. The customer will not be allowed to use the special URL to establish a Non Compliance Payment Plan from the DMVNow.com WEB site.

Deleting the Non Compliance Fee Payment Plan Indicator for Out of State or Non Credential Customers
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>Compliance, Orders and Events>Delete Non-Credentialed Customer Indicator(CUOSDL). 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter CUOSDL on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Delete Noncompliance Customer Indicator screen opens. 3. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Click the Inquire 
button.
3.The Delete Non-Credentialed Customer Indicator screen opens with the customer and indicator information populated and protected.
4.Click the Process 
button to remove the Non-Credentialed Customer Indicator from the customer's record.
5.The following message box pops up. Click OK to continue.
6.Transaction processes and the Out of State/Non Credential Customer Indicator is removed from the customer's record.
