The Customer Electronic Vital Events Inquiry displays previously verified information that was sent from DMV and received from the National Association of Public Health Statistics and Information Systems (NAPHSIS) clearing house which contains other states vital records.
To Process a Customer Electronic Vital Events Inquiry
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Customer>Customer Electronic Vital Events Inquiry(CUSEVI) and click it. The EVVE Customer Inquiry form opens with the customer information populated. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 2. |

1. Enter CUSEVI on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The EVVE Customer Inquiry form opens with the customer information populated. 3. Continue with step 2. |
2.Click the box next to an inquiry to display more information about that inquiry.
3.Scroll down to view the information as needed.
4.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
