To Process a Customer Number History inquiry
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Customer>Customer Number History(NOHIST) 3.Click the Inquire button. This will open the Customer Number History form. 4.Continue with step 2. |
Command Line |
1. Enter NOHIST on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Click the Inquire button. This will open the Customer Number History form. 3. Continue with step 2. |
2.Scroll down to view the information as needed.
3.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
