Customer Transactions for Reprint Cover

The Customer Transactions for Reprint Cover is used to reprint cover sheets for certain customer transactions.

 

To Print/Reprint a Cover Sheet

 

1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar.

2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>Customer>Customer Transactions for Reprint Cover(CUCOVR). The Customer Transactions for Reprint Cover form opens.

3.Continue with step 2.

Command Line

1.   Enter CUCOVR, then press the Enter key.

2.   The Customer Transactions for Reprint Cover form opens.

3.   Continue with step 2.

 

2.Enter the required information. Click the drop down Button_Dropdown button to make a selection.

3.Click the Process Button_Process button.

4.The Transaction Details dialog appears showing the transaction process message.

5.Collect the Cover Sheet from the printer.

6.Click the Close Button_Close button to complete the transaction.
