Dealer/Salesperson Print Qualification Certification

The Dealer Post Test/Print Credential transaction is used to print the Certificate of Qualification for Dealer Operator/Salesperson after the customer has passed the test. Use this transaction to reprint the certification.

 

Print Credential / Post Test Results

After the customer completes the test and returns to the counter, do the following:

1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar.

2.Navigate to Dealer Transactions>Dealer Post Test Results/Print Credential(DESLST) and click it. The Dealer Post Test Results/Print Credential screen opens.

3.Continue with the steps below.

Command Line

1. Enter DESLST on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key.

2.  The Dealer Post Test Results/Print Credential screen opens.

3.  Continue with the steps below.

 

2.Follow the chart below to print or process the test results.

If the customer PASSED and wants the credential printed ...

Then ...

And the test results have been received from the testing system

To print the credential

1.Click the Process Button_Process button.

notes20pxThe Qualification Information section displays the test results as PASSED(P) after clicking the Process button.

2.Click the Close Button_Close button to complete the transaction.

 

 

If the customer FAILED or CANCELED the test ...

Then ...

And the test results have been received from the testing system.

1. Click the Process Button_Process button.

2. Click the Close Button_Close button to complete the transaction.

 

The credential cannot be printed.

 

If the customer never started the test or test results were not received ...

Then ...

 

SecuriTest does not have the test results to return or the test results have not been received from the testing system.

Enter the status manually by...

1.Click the Process Button_Process button.

2.The Qualification Status field opens. Click the Button_Dropdown and select the appropriate status.

3.Click the Process Button_Process button again.

OR

Contact the manager or assistance manager for assistance.

 

3.The Transaction Details dialog appears with the TRANSACTION PROCESSED message.

4.Click the View Receipt Button_ViewReceipt button to view. Click the Print Receipt Button_PrintReceipt button to print the receipt.

5.Click the Close Button_Close button to close the Transaction Details dialog.

6.Click the Close Button_Close button to complete the transaction.
