The Dealer Location Detail inquiry is used to view the Dealership location information.
Inquiring on the Dealer Location Detail
From the Dashboard screen Go To ..... |

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Dealer Inquiries>Dealer Location Inquiry(DELOCI) and click it. The Dealer Location Detail inquire screen opens. 3.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter DELOCI on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Dealer Location Detail inquire screen opens. 3. Continue with the steps below. |
1.To inquire by Federal Tax ID or Trading-As Name or by Business Name, click the "Yes" radio button next to Inquire based on Business Key option.
2.Click the Inquire 
button to open the Federal Tax ID, Trading-As Name and Business Name fields.
After entering the complete business name or Federal Tax ID, then click the Inquire button, the Dealer Location Inquiry screen opens displaying the business information.
You may also inquire on a business (Trading-As or Business Name) by entering a partial name. Enter the name in either of the name fields, then click the Inquire button. If the business name entered matches or partially matches, then the Name Selection grid will open displaying a list of potential businesses.
a)If active, click the More Data Available 
button to view additional businesses.
b)Click the 
to see more information about the business. Click the Select 
button next to the desired business.
3.To inquire by Owner Key, click the "Yes" radio button next to Inquire based on Owner Key option. Also select either the All Locations or Location/Supplemental radio button.
4.Click the Inquire button to open the Dealer Location Inquiry screen opens displaying the business information.
5.Scroll down to view the information as needed.
6.Click the Close 
button to complete the transaction.
