The Deferred Settlement Payment is used to record payments for work processed on a deferred settlement.
To process a Deferred Settlement Payment
1.From the main menu bar, select Tools > Revenue > Deferred Settlement Payment. The Deferred Settlement Payment inquiry screen will appear.
2.Enter the required keys:
•Deferred Settlement Number and Dealer Number, OR
•Deferred Settlement Number and Customer Number
3.Click the Inquire button.
Note: The settlement must be in a Closed status before the Deferred Settlement Payment can be processed.
4.mySelect pre-populates the Amount Due and Customer Information for the Deferred Settlement on the Deferred Settlement Payment screen.
5.Click the Process button. The Transaction Details Payment dialog appears. Enter the payment information.

6.The Transaction Details dialog appears with the TRANSACTION PROCESSED message.
7.Click the Close button to close the Transaction Details dialog.
8.Print the receipt if requested.
9.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
