Driver Status Inquiry
Contents
The Driver Status Inquiry is used to check the current status of any license, instruction permit, or identification card, together with issue and expiration dates.
To Process a Driver Status Inquiry
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Customer>Driver Status Inquiry(DRSTAT) and click it. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter DRSTAT on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Click the Inquire 3. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Scroll down to view the information as needed.
3.Click the Close 
button to complete the transaction.
