Dealer license information can be viewed by using the Federal Tax ID/Trading-As Name.
Inquiring using a Federal Tax ID or Trading As name
From the Dashboard Screen Go To ..... |

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Dealer Inquiries>Federal Tax ID/Trading-As Name (DELOCI) and click it. The Dealer Location Detail inquire screen opens. 3.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter DELOCI on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Dealer Location Detail inquire screen opens. 3. Continue with the steps below. |
1.Enter the required key information (Federal Tax ID number OR the Trading-As Name).
If entering a partial Trading-As Name or a name used by multiple dealerships, the Trading-As Name Selection Grid will open.

a) If active, click the More Data Available 
button to view more Trading-As Names.
b) Click the 
to see address information about the dealership. Click the Select 
button next to the desired dealership to display the dealership information.
2.Click the Inquire 
button. The Dealer Location Detail information displays.
3.Scroll down to view the information as needed.
4.Click the Close 
button to complete the transaction.
