Find Form is used to find a Customer Return Form that has been processed.
To find a Customer's Return Form
1.From the main menu, click Tools > Customer Return Form > Find Form. The Find Customer Return Form window opens.
2.Using the Buttons on the Find Customer Return Form:

Click this button to search for the customer's return forms based on the information entered. |

Click this button to clear all of the fields. |

Click this button to exit the Find Customer Return Form. |
3.Use the open fields to initiate a search:
Field |
Description

Customer Number |
To find a particular customer number, enter the customer number in this field. |
Location |
To search by a location, enter the location number or use the drop down to select a location and enter a start and end date. |
Start Date |
Enter a Start Date to begin a search range. The Start Date may be the current date or a past date. |
End Date |
Enter an End Date to end a search range. The End Date may be the current date or a past date no more than 7 days from the start date. |
Note: After entering or changing any of the search fields, you must click the Search button or press the ENTER key in order to generate the search.
4.Once the search is made, the Customer Forms section will display the return forms based on the search criteria.
5.Click the plus sign box to close the additional information about the return form.
6.Click the Select button next to the desired form to open a preview of the Customer Return Form that was printed for the customer.
7.Click the Printer Icon button to print the Customer Return Form.
8.Click the Customer Forms tab (top left side) to return to the list of customer forms. You may select another return form if necessary.
9.Click the Close button to exit the Find Customer Return Form.
