The Handicap Parking History inquiry is used to view information for inactive permits.
Please refer to the Driver's License Guide - Disabled Parking, as needed.
To view a Handicap Parking Permit History inquiry
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Permit Inquiries>Handicap Parking History(HCPHIS) and click it. The customer's information is populated. 3.Click the Inquire If the customer has only one inactive permit in history, then the Handicap Parking Permit History Inquiry form opens. Continue with step 2. If the customer has more than one inactive permit in history, continue with the Handicap Parking Permit History selection list below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter HCPHIS on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. If the customer has only one inactive permit in history, then the Handicap Parking Permit History Inquiry form opens. Continue with step 2. If the customer has more than one inactive permit in history, continue with the Handicap Parking Permit History selection list below. |

If there is more than one inactive permit on file, the Handicap Parking Permit History Selection list will display.
Click the Select button to view that permit's information.
2. The Handicap Permit - History form appears with the associated information.
3. Scroll through the form to view the handicap parking permit information.
4. Click the Close 
button to close the transaction.
