Handicap Parking Permit Inquiry

The Handicap Parking Permit Inquiry is used to inquire on an active permit record.

To process a Handicap Parking Permit inquiry

1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Steps to Follow .....

Alerts Grid

    If the customer has an expired or expiring handicap permit, you will see one of the following alerts:    

HCPISS4

Handicap Permit Expired on mm/dd/yyyy

HCPISS4

Handicap Permit Expires on mm/dd/yyyy

1.Clicking the Button_GreenRightArrow button will launch the Renew Permit form.

2.Continue with step 2.

Additional Choices

Click the Additional Choices Button_AdditionalChoices button on the menu bar, then click Permits if highlighted. This will open the Permits for Customer - Selection grid.

Transaction Menu

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar.

2.Navigate to Permit Inquiries>Handicap Parking(HCPINQ) and click it. The customer's number is populated.

3.Click the Inquire Button_Inquire button to open the Handicap Parking Permit Inquiry form.

4.Continue with step 2.

Command Line

1.   Enter HCPINQ on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key.

2.   The Handicap Parking Permit Inquiry form opens.

3.   Continue with step 2.

2.   Scroll through the form to view the handicap parking permit information.

3.   Click the Close Button_Close button to close the transaction.
