The FR Hearing Add transaction allows you to process a customer's request for a hearing on an insurance monitoring order.
A hearing can only be scheduled if the insurance monitoring order is in a Pending status.
To process a FR Hearing Add
If there is more than one Order, the Compliance Selection dialog appears. Clicking the button next to an Order will run the Hearing Add transaction on that order.
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>Compliance, Orders and Events>FR Hearing - Add(FRHEARA) and click it. 3.Click the Inquire button to open the FR Hearing Add transaction form. 4.Continue with step 2. |

1. Enter FRHEARA on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The FR Hearing Add transaction form opens. 3. Continue with step 2. |

2. Enter the required information as indicated by the icon and then click the Process button.

4.Click the OK button. The Transaction Details dialog appears with the TRANSACTION PROCESSED message.
5.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
6.Forward the Hearing Request document signed by the customer to the Insurance Services work Center at Headquarters.
