The Hold Communiplate Inquiry displays information about a plate being held for a customer.
To process a Change Communiplate Hold
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Registration Transactions>Plates>Hold Communiplate Inquiry(HLDPLT4) and click it. The Hold Communiplate Inquiry inquire form opens with the customer's information populated. 3.Continue with step 2 below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter HLDPLT4 on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Hold Communiplate Inquiry form opens with the plate and customer's information populated. 3. Continue with step 4 below. |
1.Enter the Plate Number and Plate Type. Click the selection globe 
button to select a plate type.
2.Click the Inquire 
button. The Hold Communiplate Inquiry form opens with the plate and customer's information populated.
3.Scroll down to view the information.
4.When done, click the Close 
button to close the form.
