Insurance Monitoring Inquiry

The Insurance Monitoring Inquiry is used to view insurance monitoring information of a customer's vehicle(s).

ico_note A selection list will display if there is more than one monitor for the customer's vehicles.

 

To Process Insurance Monitoring Inquiry

1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

From the Console Go To .....

Steps to Follow .....

Alerts Grid

    If the customer has a pending monitor, you will see the following alert:

       INMVER  Pending Insurance Monitor - Response Required

1.Clicking the Button_GreenRightArrow button will launch the Insurance Monitoring Inquiry form.

2.Continue with step 2.

Transaction Menu

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar.

2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Compliance, Orders and Events>Insurance Monitoring Inquiry(INMINQ).

3.Click the Inquire Button_Inquire button to open the Insurance Monitoring Inquiry form.

4.Continue with step 2.

Command Line

1.   Enter INMINQ on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key.

2.   The Insurance Monitoring Inquiry form opens.

3.   Continue with step 2.

Click the Quick Navigation Button_QuickNavigation button on the Transaction Button bar to go to

•Compliance Update

•Driver Primary Status

•Insurance Monitoring Verification

2.   Scroll through the form to view the monitor information.

3.   Click the Close Button_Close button to close the transaction.
