The Law Enforcement Transcript transaction is used to provide law enforcement with driving records. Along with the Law Enforcement transcript, a transcript can also be printed for ASAP and/or the Commonwealth Attorney.
To print a Law Enforcement Transcript
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Transcript Transactions>Law Enforcement(LWTRAN) and click it. The Law Enforcement Transcript inquire form opens with the customer's information populated. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter LWTRAN on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Law Enforcement Transcript transaction form opens. 3. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Scroll down to the Requestor Information section and key in the requestor's name OR enter the Officer/Trooper Code in the Officer/Trooper field. If you do not know the Officer/Trooper code,
a.To the right of the Officer/Trooper request Code field, click the icon.
b.Select the Requestor Type Radio Button to search under.
c.Enter the name or code and click the Search button.
d.Click the Select button to the left of the code of the Officer or Trooper. The Officer or Trooper Code and name are populated on the transaction form.
3. | If Oral Request and/or Validation is requested, click the associated check boxes. |
4. | If a copy is needed for ASAP or the Commonwealth Attorney, click the associated check boxes. Jurisdiction, Offense Date and Trial date must also be entered. |
5. Click the Process button. The transcript is printed and the Transaction Details dialog appears displaying details of the processed transaction.
6. Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
