Learner's Permit - Calculate Holding Period

The Learner's Permit - Calculate Holding Period transaction displays how many days until the customer is eligible to get their license. The days left until eligibility, as well as the eligibility date are returned.
To calculate a Learner's Permit holding period
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Customer>Learner's Permit - Calculate Holding Period(DLIHLD) and click it. 3.Enter the License Type and then click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 2. |
Command Line |
1. Enter DLIHLD on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Enter the License Type and then click the Inquire 3. Continue with step 2. |
2. The information may be reviewed.
3. Click the Close 
button to close the transaction.
