List Forms

List Forms is used to view Customer Return Forms that have been processed.

To view the List Forms

1.From the main menu, click Tools > Customer Return Form > List Forms. The Customer Return Form List dialog appears. Change the Start Date to display forms from that day.

2.Using the Buttons on the menu bar:

Button

Description

Button_NewForm

Clicking this button with take you to the Customer Return Form.

Button_RefreshList

Click this button to refresh the search. After entering or changing  any of the search fields, you must click the Refresh List button in order to generate the new search.

Button_ClearFilters

Click this button to clear all of the fields.

Button_Close

Click this button to exit the Customer Return Form List.

 

3.Using the open fields to refine a search:

Field

Description

 

User

mySelect will pre-populate your user ID. Use the Button_Dropdown button to select a different user ID.

Customer Number

To find a particular customer  number, enter the customer number in this field.

Start Date

mySelect will pre-populate the Start Date with the current date. For a search range, change the Start Date to a past date.

End Date

mySelect will pre-populate the End Date with the current date.

Note: After entering or changing any of the search fields, you must click the Refresh List button in order to generate the new search.

4.Once the search is made and the desired customer displays in the grid, click the Button_Select button to select the Return Form that was entered for the customer on that day. Click the Button_Update2 button on the Customer Return Form to print the form.

5.Click the Close Button_Close button to exit the transaction.
