List Revenue Activity displays all revenue collected per teller for a particular work day and settlement number.
To view the List Revenue Activity report
The settlement number defaults to the current day. To change the settlement number, click the down arrow and make a selection.
1. There are three way to view this report:
a. From the main menu bar, select Tools > Revenue > List Revenue Activity. The List Revenue Activity report displays.
b. Click the Reports button on the tool bar. Select a Work Date from the drop down, then click the Transaction Report
button. Scroll down and click the List Revenue Activity report.
c. Click the Settlement button. Click the Select
button next to the desired work date. This will open the Maintain Settlement window. Click the List Revenue
button on the tool bar. The List Revenue Activity window opens. Click the drop down in the Open Settlement# and select the desired settlement. Click the Inquire
button to open the report.
2. To print the report, click the Print button.
3. Click the Close button on each screen to close that screen.
