The Maintain Citizenship Question Response allows the value entered into Citizenship Response to be modified or corrected.
To process the Maintain Citizenship Question Response transaction
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>Customer>Maintain Citizenship Question Response(CUSCIT) and click it. The Maintain Citizenship Question Response Inquire form opens. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter CUSCIT on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Maintain Citizenship Question Response transaction form opens. 3. Continue with the steps below. |
1.At the bottom of the form, click the appropriate answer to the New Citizen Question Response question.
2.Click the Process 
button. The transaction is processed, then the Transaction Details dialog appears displaying the details.
3.Click the Close 
button to complete the transaction.
