Understanding mySelect Printer Configuration
Select Configuration
Within mySelect, Terminals are assigned to Work Areas and every Work Area is configured to use one printer. This configuration is displayed in the Select Configuration diagram below, with terminal 1 highlighted.
In addition to the mySelect configuration, the printer associated with the mySelect Work Area must be added to the Windows desktop (Terminal).
For example, in the above diagram Printer named 672-PRINTER-1 is associated with Work Area 672-WORKAREA-1, in which Terminal L971T40 is configured. Therefore, Terminal L971T40 must have a printer added to its Windows environment named 672-PRINTER-1.
