The Management/Notification Transcripts transaction is used to print a Management transcript or a Notification transcript.
After printing a Notification Transcript, have the customer sign it then go to the Notification - Add transaction to enter the suspension notification information.
To print the Management or Notification Transcript
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Transcript Transactions>Management(MANTRN) and click it. The Management Transcript inquire form opens with the customer's information populated. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with the steps below. |

1. Enter MANTRN on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Management Transcript transaction form opens. 3. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Under the Transcript Request Information section and in the Request Reason Code field, enter the request reason. If you do not know the code,
a.To the right of the Request Reason Code field, click the icon.
b.Click the Select button to the left of the name of the Transcript Request Reason. The Reason Code and Request Reasons are populated on the transaction form.
