Manufacture Plate List

The Manufacture Plate List is the automated process of tracking out-of-stock plates and reserve/Communiplates. When a license plate request is processed for a specific plate number/plate type that is not stocked by the processing location, and a plate list is not available, a plate list is created by the automated system. A list may contain up to 50 plate numbers of the same plate type, approval indicator, and priority indicator.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Vehicle Inquiries>Plate Information>Manufacture Plate List(LSTINQ) and click it. The Manufacture Plate List inquire form opens. 3.Enter the plate number or list number and then click the Inquire 4.Continue with the steps below. |

1. Enter LSTINQ P=<plate number> on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Manufacture Plate List detail form opens. 3. Continue with the steps below. |

If the plate number is on multiple lists, the Manufacture Plate List Selection grid appears displaying a list of all the List Number.

to see additional list numbers.

button to select the desired plate list to display.

1. Scroll through the form and review the information as needed.
