The Miscellaneous Refund Add is used to add a Miscellaneous Refund.
To process a Miscellaneous Refund Add transaction
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Miscellaneous Refund Transactions>Miscellaneous Refund Add(RRADDM) and click it. The Miscellaneous Refund Add Inquire form opens. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with the steps below. |

1. Enter RRADDM on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Miscellaneous Refund Add transaction form opens. 3. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Scroll down to the Refund Address section enter/verify the customer's address. When done, click Yes next to Verify Address.
3.Scroll down to the Refund Information section and enter the refund reason. You must enter at least one, but may enter up to three.
4.In the Refund Account Information section, click the button on the first line to select the Refund Code.
5.Leave the Account Type field blank.
6.In the Amount field enter the refund amount.
7.Click the Process button. The Transaction Details dialog appears displaying a message about the transaction. The authorized person in your office will receive an email to process a Refund Authorization.
Your manager must authorize the refund using the Miscellaneous Refund Authorization process.
8.Click the Close button to close the Transaction Details dialog.
9.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
