1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console. If the customer number does not exist use the Transaction menu or Direct Command Line.

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Motor Carrier>Operating Authority>Motor Carrier Intrastate CLP Renewal(ISMCRN) and click it. The Motor Carrier Intrastate CLP Renewal form opens. 3.Continue with the steps below. |

button:

•Authority Type Code
•CLP Number

4.Click the Process 
button to start the renewal process.
5.The address confirmation window opens. Confirm the addresses.
6.If the addresses are correct, click the 
button.
a)The Transaction Details dialog appears with the TRANSACTION PROCESSED message.
b)The Motor Carrier CLP slip prints and can be given to the customer.
c)Click the Close 
button to close the Transaction Detail dialog.
d)Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
If the addresses are incorrect, click the 
button. The following message appears. Click OK to continue.
Click the Close button to close the transaction.
