1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Motor Carrier>Operating Authority>Motor Carrier Name Inquiry(ISINAM) and click it. The Motor Carrier Name Inquiry form opens. 3.Continue with the steps below. |

1. Enter ISINAM on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Motor Carrier Name Inquiry form opens. 3. Continue with the steps below. |

1.Enter part or all of the customer's name. The Name Type Code and Status Code are optional fields but can be entered to narrow the name search.

button to open the Motor Carrier Name Inquiry Selection screen.
