Teller cannot recall transaction

Security Role does not allow recall of other tellers' transactions

Scenario:

This message appears if a teller attempts to recall another tellers' transaction from the Direct command line and they are not assigned the security privileges to do so.  This function is typically restricted to Teller Lead and/or Manager security roles.

User Response:

Click the OK button.  Go to the Lead Teller or Manager for help with recalling this transaction.
