NDR/CDLIS/SSN/SOR Inquiry
Contents
The NDR/CDLIS/SSN/SOR Inquiry transaction is used to inquire on any of:
•National Driver Registry,
•Commercial Driver License Information System,
•Social Security Number verification, and/or
•State of Record.
Inquiry results can be sent directly to your printer.
To process an NDR/CDLIS/SSN/SOR inquiry
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Customer>NDR/CDLIS/SSN/SOR Inquiry(LICINQ) and click it. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 2. |
Command Line |
1. Enter LICINQ on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. TheNDR/CDLIS/SSN/SOR inquiry form opens. 3. Continue with step 2. |
2.Complete the Inquiry Requests section.
3.Scroll down to the bottom of the form to the Print section and indicate whether you want to send the results to the printer by selecting Yes or No.
4.When done, click the Process 
button. The request is processed.
5.Click the Close 
button to close the transaction.
