Non-Repairable

The Non-Repairable inquiry displays all information on the title record related to the vehicle being declared non-repairable.

A non-repairable vehicle is any late model vehicle that has been damaged and whose estimated cost of repair exceeds 90 percent of its actual cash value prior to damage, or any vehicle that has been determined to be non-repairable by its insurer or owner, and for which a non-repairable certificate has been issued or applied for, or any other vehicle that has been damaged, is inoperable, and has no value except for use as parts and scrap metal.

To process a Non-Repairable Vehicle Inquiry

Transaction Menu

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar.

2.Navigate to Vehicle Inquiries>Titling Information>Non-Repairable(NREINQ) and click it. The Non-Repairable Vehicle Inquiry inquire screen opens.

3.Continue with the steps below.

Command Line

1. Enter NREINQ on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. The Non-Repairable Vehicle Inquiry inquire screen opens.

2.  Continue with the steps below.

1.Enter the required key(s) (VIN or Title Number) and then click the Inquire Button_Inquire button.

2.The Non-Repairable Vehicle Inquiry screen opens with the customer and vehicle information populated.

3.Scroll down to view the information as needed.

4.Click the Close Button_Close button to close the form.
