Order Sample Plate

The Order Sample Plate transaction is used to order a souvenir plate that can only be used for display or as a gift.

To process an Order Sample Plate transaction

1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu	1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Registration Transactions>Plates>Order Sample Plate(REGMIS2) and click it. The Order Sample Plate inquire form opens with the customer's information populated. Click the Inquire button to open the Order Sample Plate transaction screen. 3.Continue with the steps below.
Command Line	1. Enter REGMIS2 on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Order Sample Plate transaction screen opens with the customer's information populated. 3. Continue with the steps below.

2.Enter the required information as indicated by the icon. Click the selection globe button to select a plate type.

3.Click the Process button. The transaction is processed and theTransaction Details Payment window opens. Enter the payment information.

4.Click the Process button. The transaction is processed and the Receipt Details dialog appears. Print the receipt if requested or click the Close button.

5.The Transaction Details dialog appears showing the TRANSACTION PROCESSED message.

6.Click the Close button to close the Transaction Details dialog.

7.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
