Overweight Citation Transcript

The Overweight Citation Transcript shows the citation activity for a period and any monies owed. The transcript may be produced for one of the following.

A Summary Citation transcript to any requester (this is a public transcript that does not include any private information)

or

A Detail Citation Transcript for law enforcement or for the customer

The transcript type will be controlled by requester type to prevent any detail from going to an inappropriate recipient.

To print an Overweight Citation Transcript

1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar.

2.Navigate to Transcript Transactions>Overweight Citation Transcript(CTPTRN) and click it. The Overweight Citation Transcript inquire form opens.

3.Continue with the steps below.

Command Line

1.  Enter CTPTRN on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key.

2.  The Overweight Citation Transcript inquire form opens.

3.  Continue with the steps below.

 

2.Enter the Customer Number and Offense Begin and End dates then click the Inquire Button_Inquire button. The Overweight Citation Transcript form opens with the customer's information populated.

3.Enter the required information as indicated by the Button_RequiredField icon and any other information needed, then click the Process Button_Process button.

4.The Transaction Details Payment dialog appears. Enter the payment information.

5.   Click the Process Button_Process button.  The transaction is processed and the Receipt Details dialog appears. Print the receipt if requested.

6.   Click the Close Button_Close button to close the Receipt Details dialog.  The Transaction Details dialog appears with the TRANSACTION PROCESSED, LOG NO ##### message.

7.   Give the customer the Overweight Citation Transcript and receipt.

8.   Click the Close Button_Close button to close the Transaction Details dialog.

9.   Click the Close Button_Close button to complete the transaction.
