The Prior Name and Address inquiry displays the customer's previous name and/or address. The form will display the customer's prior names, mailing addresses, dwelling locations, the effective dates and reasons.
To process a prior name and address inquiry
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Inquiries>Customer>Prior Name and Address(PRNMAD) and click it. 3.Click the Inquire 4.Continue with step 2. |
Command Line |
1. Enter PRNMAD on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Continue with step 2. |
2. Scroll through the form and review the information as needed.
3. Click the Close button to close the transaction.
