Prior Owners

The Prior Owners inquiry displays a grid showing all the previous owners along with other information of the vehicle.
To process a Prior Vehicle Owner inquiry
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Vehicle Inquiries>Titling Information>Prior Owners(VEHPVO) and click it. The Prior Owners inquire screen opens. 3.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter VEHPVO on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Enter the required keys (Title Number) and then click the Inquire 
button.
3.The Prior Vehicle Owners grid opens displaying a list of prior owners.
a) If active, click the More Data Available 
button to view more owners.
b) Click the 
to see more information about the vehicle.
4.Click the Close 
button to close the grid.
5.Click the Close button to close the form.
