Quality Review Tracking

The Quality Review Tracking (QRT) is used to provide ongoing security and accuracy of daily operations. The Field Operations office at headquarters will send the Quality Review request to management on a random basis requesting a review of specific operations (defined as LIABILITIES) performed in the office. Any number of random Quality Review requests may be received per month. The following processes are currently reviewed using the Quality Review process:

Review of the daily driver, vehicle, and other miscellaneous transactions for accuracy

Review and verification of the inventory

 

 

Receiving the QRT Notification

If a request from the Field Operations Office has been sent to your location, it will display in red under the Quality Review Notification bar.

Opening the QRT Notification

1. Open the request by clicking on Tools in the tool bar. Click on Management Functions and then on Quality Review Tracking.

2. The QRT selection form opens. Click the Select Button_Select button to the left of the report to open.

3. Complete the Quality Review Item form by entering the information into the open fields. Once completed, click the Update Button_Update2 button.
