The Reason Title Held inquiry displays all held reasons placed on a title record for a particular vehicle.
To process a Reason Title Held inquiry
1.If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

Transaction Menu |
1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Vehicle Inquiries>Titling Information>Reason Title Held(VEHRSN) and click it. The Reason Title Held inquire screen opens. 3.Continue with the steps below. |
Command Line |
1. Enter VEHRSN on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. Continue with the steps below. |
2.Enter the required key(s) (VIN or Title Number) and then click the Inquire 
button.
3.The Reason Title Held screen opens. Scroll down to view the information as needed.
4.Click the Close 
button to close the form.
