The Reprint/Extend TDP transaction allows the reprinting of the Temporary Driving Permit (TDP) or extends the expiration date of the TDP that was previously issued to the customer.
To Process a Reprint or Extension of a TDP
If not already open, Open the Customer Console using the customer's number or name.

1.Click the Transaction Menu button in the Main Menu Bar. 2.Navigate to Customer Transactions>License/ID>Reprint/Extend TDP(DCITDD) and click it. The Reprint/Extend TDP transaction form opens. 3.Continue with one of the options below. |

1. Enter DCITDD on the Direct command line, then press the Enter key. 2. The Reprint/Extend TDP transaction form opens. 3. Continue with one of the options below. |
1.If not already populated, enter the Customer Number then select the Document Type from the drop down selection list. 2.Click the Process 3.Click the Close 4.Click the Close 5.Once the TDP is printed, follow the proper procedures before giving the customer the TDP. Note: At the bottom of the TDP is the "valid until" date and indicates it is a Reprint. |
