The Reprint Title Cover Sheet transaction is used to reprint a title cover sheet that was processed the same day. Reprints are used when there are printer errors, data entry errors, or other types of errors during processing of the original title document.
The Reprint Title Cover Sheet transaction simply re-prints. It does not re-run a title transaction.
To process a Reprint Title Cover Sheet transaction
1.If not already open, open the Customer Console.
2.In the Direct field, enter P COVER T=<title#>, then press Enter. The Reprint Title transaction form appears.
3.Enter the required fields.
4.Click the Process button. The transaction processes, then the Transaction Details dialog appears.
5.Click the Close button to complete the transaction.
