To Resolve Incomplete Transactions
If there are several incomplete transactions, it's quicker to jot down the log numbers and use the Direct command line.
You cannot recall another tellers' transactions unless you are assigned to a Security role to which this feature is available.
1.From the main window, click the Transactions button, or in the Direct field enter L=Log#. The List Transactions dialog appears. Incomplete transactions appear with an * to the right of the Select button.
2.From the Show Transactions section, click the circle next to Incomplete. The list of transactions are filtered by those with a status of Incomplete.
3.Click the Select button next to the first transaction. The transaction is recalled in the main window.
4.Resolve the transaction as appropriate.
5.Repeat from step 1 for all remaining incomplete transactions.
